150x50x1900 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 150x50x1900 ITA/FEM/ISO finished fork is 132 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, the root is 50 mm thick, and gradually narrows to 21 mm toward the fork tip, using a variable cross-section leaf spring design. The fork surface is plated with hard chrome after high-frequency quenching. The surface hardness reaches 55HRC and the friction coefficient is low. It is not easy to stick when pushing slippery goods. The fork tip is overlayed with a cobalt-based alloy wear-resistant layer with a thickness of 4 mm, and an asymmetric guide bevel is processed. The upper bevel angle is 15 degrees to protect the pallet, and the lower bevel angle is 25 degrees to facilitate shoveling heavy objects close to the ground. The hook contact surface is pressed into a self-lubricating graphite copper sleeve, which requires no oiling for life and is smooth and silent during installation and removal.

 

 

The locking pin adopts a shock-proof eccentric structure, which can be locked by half a turn. It is equipped with a red safety buckle, which must be opened manually to unlock. Anti-slip rubber pads are molded on both sides of the fork back, allowing you to carry it on your shoulders or hold it by hand. Each fork undergoes a 1.5 times load creep test before leaving the factory, and the residual deformation is marked on the fork root end surface. The surface is sprayed with matte black anti-reflective coating, which is suitable for laser navigation AGV operating environment. This fork meets the three types of hanging plate standards: ITA, FEM and ISO, and can be directly interchanged with European, American and Japanese forklifts.
