150x50x2100 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 150x50x2100 ITA/FEM/ISO finished fork is 143 kg. The cross-section is 150mm wide and 50mm thick at the base, smoothly thinning to 17mm towards the fork tips. The forks adopt a combined process of low-temperature forging and controlled rolling and cooling. The grains are refined to level 11 and the strength and plasticity are optimally matched. The Fibonacci spiral micro-groove group is etched on the fork surface, with a groove width of 0.2 mm and a depth of 0.1 mm. Rainwater or oil film is quickly discharged along the spiral trajectory under the action of centrifugal force, ensuring all-weather anti-skid performance. The front edge of the fork tip is mechanically alloyed to diffuse and penetrate the tungsten carbide particles into the surface of the matrix to form a gradient composite layer with a thickness of 0.8 mm. The wear resistance is three times higher than that of ordinary quenching. The hook contact surface is rolled out with an arc-shaped micro-protrusion array, and combined with high-strength aviation aluminum alloy locking pads, it automatically flattens and eliminates gaps during installation, eliminating the need for frequent adjustments.

 

 

The locking pin adopts a double-bevel self-locking structure. After being inserted into the hanging plate, it is locked by rotating a quarter turn, accompanied by a mechanical limit click sound. After heat treatment, each fork undergoes one deep cooling and three times of tempering, and the martensite transformation rate exceeds 98%. The surface is covered with a nanocomposite coating, which is co-deposited from nickel-tungsten alloy and polytetrafluoroethylene. The friction coefficient is less than 0.08 and it is resistant to neutral salt spray for 1,200 hours. Before leaving the factory, a full-section ultrasonic phased array scan is performed one by one, and a three-dimensional defect distribution map is attached. The fork also complies with three types of hanging plate interfaces: ITA, FEM, and ISO. The end of the locking wrench is equipped with a spring pin to prevent accidental contact. The single weight of 143 kg is matched with two symmetrically arranged tapered self-locking lifting rings on the back of the fork, which automatically maintains a horizontal posture after being balanced and lifted.
