150x50x1600 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 150x50x1600 ITA/FEM/ISO finished fork is 117 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and the total length is 1.6 meters. This pair of cargo forks is integrally forged from duplex stainless steel 2205, and the fork tips are cryogenically treated to minus 80 degrees for six hours to eliminate tissue stress. Four sets of roller-type wear-resistant pads are installed on the hook part. When in contact with the hanging plate, rolling friction replaces sliding friction, saving 40% of the effort in the push-in stroke. The fork surface is pressed with alternating dark and light composite anti-slip patterns. The shallow pattern has a depth of 0.2 mm for draining water film, and the deep pattern has a depth of 0.6 mm for winter ice and snow environments. The two patterns are alternately spaced five millimeters apart.

 

 

The upper and lower corners of the fork tips are processed into asymmetric fillets, with an upper fillet radius of eight millimeters to protect the pallet, and a lower fillet radius of three millimeters to increase scooping rigidity. Each fork is subjected to laser holographic interferometry one by one after heat treatment, and the residual stress distribution cloud is printed directly on the inside of the fork leg. The surface is coated with an iron-red polyurea elastomer coating with a thickness of 0.8 mm, which can withstand repeated freezing and thawing from minus 40 degrees to 80 degrees without falling off. The hook locking pin has a built-in disc spring group to automatically compensate for the gap caused by wear of the hanging plate. This fork meets the three types of ITA, FEM and ISO hanging plate interfaces, and undergoes 1.2 million dynamic fatigue verifications before leaving the factory.
