100x45x1600 Blank Forks

100x45x1600 Blank Forks weigh 73kg each. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and the total length is 1.6 meters. The blank fork adopts a radial forging process and is directly forged from round steel into a rectangular cross-section. The fiber flow is highly oriented along the length of the fork, and its bending strength is superior to traditional die forging. The hook area is not processed at all, keeping the forging blank as it is, and is additionally thickened by 15 mm, providing sufficient margin for users to mill deep grooves or process special-shaped positioning surfaces. The fork tip has been roughly forged according to a standard wedge shape, leaving a finishing allowance of no less than 4 mm, and can be ground to any angle according to actual needs. Each 73-kg blank undergoes full-length magnetic particle inspection and hardness testing before leaving the factory.

 

 

The hardness value between 280 and 310HBW is recorded point by point and marked on the fork surface. There is a colored laser marking line on each side of the fork surface, which serves as an alignment reference during machining. The surface is coated with weldable anti-rust primer, and the paint film does not produce toxic fumes when the user directly welds. The packaging adopts a vertical hoisting steel frame. With a single weight of 73 kilograms and the hand winch included with the frame, a single person can take the forks out of the frame and move them to the processing platform. This specification is mainly intended for heavy-duty forklift attachment manufacturers, automated welding tooling design institutes and mining machinery maintenance companies, and is used as the basic component of special fork hooks, extended brackets or non-standard buckets.
