100x45x2000 Blank Forks

100x45x2000 Blank Forks weigh 85kg each. The section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and two meters long. As a general-purpose blank fork, the hot-rolled black leather is completely retained when leaving the factory. No hooks, positioning grooves or mounting holes are processed. Users can freely cut, drill or weld according to on-site needs. Each 85-kg billet is made of ordinary carbon structural steel Q235B, which has not been quenched and tempered. The hardness is in the rolled state, which is convenient for on-site flame cutting and manual arc welding. The fork tip remains the original square head, and the user can air-cut it into a wedge shape or a flat edge. There is no baseline or coding on the entire fork surface. Only the material grade and furnace batch number are marked with white paint on both ends. Only a thin layer of anti-rust oil is applied to the surface and no cleaning is required before welding.

 

 

Because they are two meters long, they are stacked horizontally during delivery, with wooden strips placed between each layer of forks to prevent scratches during transportation. The single weight of 85 kg is suitable for use with a workshop crane or forklift to assist in loading and unloading. Two workers can also use a crowbar and a sling to complete the shifting. This specification is mainly used in shipyard sectional production stations, heavy machinery maintenance workshops, metallurgical equipment installation sites and construction steel structure processing plants. It is used as a raw material for temporary support beams, welding tooling bases, homemade spreader beams or non-standard transfer racks. Users can cut, splice and strengthen them as needed.
