150x50x1500 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 150x50x1500 Blank Forks is 111 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and the total length is 1.5 meters. The blank is a continuously cast billet that has been refined in a ladle and vacuum degassed, and is forged simultaneously by four hammer heads of a radial forging machine. The metal streamlines are spirally distributed along the length of the fork without lateral cutting. The delivery state is sub-temperature quenching and high-temperature tempering to obtain a uniform tempered sorbite structure with a stable grain size above 9.5. Take a point every 200 mm across the entire length to detect the hardness. The range should not exceed 12 HBW.

 

 

The hardness difference between the thickness direction 5 mm away from the surface and the center should be less than 8 HBW. The fork surface is processed by a precision gantry planer to form a full-length corrugated stress-relieving groove with a depth of 0.6 mm, a width of 4 mm, and a spacing of 12 mm. The corrugations form an angle of 5 degrees with the long axis of the fork, reducing the peak residual stress in the entire length to less than 25 MPa. Each fork is pre-drilled with three process blind holes with a diameter of 6 mm and a depth of 20 mm in the hook area, which are used for automatic calibration of the zero point of the ultrasonic thickness gauge. Water immersion full-focus phased array inspection is carried out before leaving the factory.

 

 

The C-scan image is printed in grayscale and comes with the product, which can visually identify any single pore or inclusion larger than 0.5 mm inside. The surface is coated with a transparent fluorocarbon resin with a thickness of only 0.02 mm, which does not change the appearance color after drying and only provides temporary anti-fingerprint and mild anti-rust functions. The packaging adopts an adjustable V-shaped rubber support, and each one is placed independently on a steel pallet.
