150x50x1700 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 150x50x1700 ITA/FEM/ISO finished fork is 123 kg. The cross-section is 150mm wide, with a root thickness of 50mm, which thins linearly towards the fork tips to 26mm. Each fork has three sets of built-in wireless strain sensors, which are located in the hook transition area, the middle and near the fork tip. The load data is transmitted to the cab display in real time via Bluetooth. When the load of a single fork exceeds 90% of the rated value, it automatically buzzes and alarms. The front edge of the fork tip is coated with a tungsten carbide cermet layer and has a double row of trumpet-shaped chip discharge holes. When the broken materials are pushed, the chips leak out of the holes to avoid jamming. The hook part is equipped with a hydraulic auxiliary quick-change interface. After being connected to the forklift hydraulic pipeline, the fork can be automatically pushed into or out of the hanging plate with one click without manual tapping.

 

 

The fork surface is alternately embossed with horizontal and vertical anti-slip patterns to form a three-dimensional grid, which can maintain stable friction when pushing oil-coated steel or plastic pallets. The surface adopts nano self-cleaning coating, and oil stains and water stains will automatically roll off under the action of gravity, keeping the fork surface clean for a long time. Each pair of forks is paired and dynamically calibrated before leaving the factory, and the stiffness deviation of the left and right forks is controlled within 2%. This fork meets the standards of ITA, FEM, and ISO hanging plates at the same time. The locking pin has a red lock indicator window. It displays green when fully locked and red when not locked.
