100x45x1500 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1500 Blank Forks is 69 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and 1.5 meters long. This blank fork adopts hollow die forging technology, and a through-process hole with a diameter of 18 mm is reserved along the length direction, which not only reduces its own weight, but also provides a natural channel for the user to install hydraulic pipelines or wires later. Each 69-kg billet uses electroslag remelted steel ingots as raw materials. After three piers and three pulls, the as-cast structure is fully broken, and the grain size is stabilized above grade eight. The fork tips are pre-made into a standard wedge shape with a 5 mm grinding allowance. The user can grind a sharp or obtuse angle guide surface according to the working conditions. Due to its length of 1.5 meters, the blank is equipped with a set of reusable steel transportation tooling when it leaves the factory.

 

 

The tooling locks the fork vertically to prevent plastic bending due to its own weight during long-distance transportation. All four corners of the fork surface are rounded, and a semicircular groove with a depth of 0.5 mm is pressed every 200 mm in the longitudinal direction, which serves as a reference line for users when milling hooks or drilling positioning holes. The surface is only sandblasted and not covered with any coating to facilitate direct welding or phosphating treatment. Each blank is accompanied by a complete ultrasonic phased array inspection report, and the equivalent diameter of the defect is less than 1 mm. With a single weight of 69 kilograms and the universal wheels on the tooling, one person can push it to the processing station in the workshop.
