120x35x1900 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x1900 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 71 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and the total length is 1.9 meters. Two replaceable zinc alloy sacrificial anode blocks are installed on the side of each 71-kg fork. Each block weighs about 0.8 kg. It is specially used in highly corrosive environments such as seawater, pickling workshops or ship decks. The anode blocks corrode preferentially to protect the fork base. When the zinc block is reduced to half its original size, a red liner is exposed, prompting replacement. Two reverse wedge-shaped bosses are machined on the back of the fork tips. The height of the bosses is 3 mm. When the fork is fully inserted into the pallet, the bosses automatically block the bottom surface of the pallet cross brace to prevent the pallet from slipping forward during transportation. When pulling out, just tilt the fork upward slightly to release it. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. Its hook positioning surface is nitrided and then coated with molybdenum disulfide dry film.

 

 

It does not require any grease and is dustproof during installation. The fork surface is pressed with a shallow U-shaped transverse groove, and a fluorescent orange polyurethane friction strip is embedded in the groove. After the friction strip is worn, it can be pulled out from the side and replaced. The surface treatment uses thermal spray aluminum and scaly epoxy sealing, and the coating is salt spray resistant for more than 2,000 hours. Each pair of forks undergoes a 1.9-meter-long eccentric load fatigue test before leaving the factory, with no cracks after 800,000 cycles. The single weight of 71 kg is matched with the double-bearing push wheel at the rear end of the fork. When the wheel frame is put down, the fork can be pushed vertically to the hanging plate opening. This specification is mainly used in the spare parts deck of offshore wind power operation and maintenance ships, the steel box girder painting workshop of cross-sea bridges, and the heavy plastic pipe storage yard of Binhai Chemical Plant.
