200x70x2300 Shaft Mounted Forks

The 200x70x2300 shaft-mounted fork has a single weight of 311 kg, a cross-section width of 200 mm, a thickness of 70 mm, and a total length of 2.3 meters. This specification is specially designed for ultra-long heavy materials. It adopts gradient induction quenching after forging. The hardness of the fork tip reaches 55HRC and the root remains 35HRC, forming a self-balancing stress distribution. The inner hole of the shaft sleeve is processed with a three-step diameter reduction, which corresponds to the different matching sections of the installation shaft, effectively suppressing the lateral vibration at the end of the two-meter-three cantilever.

 

 

The fork surface is pressed with unequal horizontal tooth patterns, and the tooth pitch is intensified close to the fork tips to provide progressive grip when pushing long steel plates or H-shaped steel. The front edge of the fork tip is welded with tungsten-cobalt-titanium alloy, and the blade angle is asymmetrically designed. The upper blade is gentle to protect cargo, and the lower blade is sharp to facilitate shoveling heavy-duty horns close to the ground. The end of the shaft sleeve is equipped with a mechanical anti-loosening cam. After tightening, the cam self-locks after passing the dead center, and is equipped with an anti-loosening pin. Deflection reference scales are laser-etched on the inside of each fork leg, allowing the operator to estimate the current load based on the amount of fork tip sag.

 

 

The surface is sprayed with high-brightness orange polyurethane paint, and diamond-shaped reflective films are pasted one meter apart to facilitate the identification of the boundaries of the ultra-long forks in the yard. Before leaving the factory, fatigue verification is carried out for two million times under 1.35 times the rated load. This fork is suitable for the 4A-level shaft mounting system. It has a single weight of 311 kg and is equipped with heavy-duty lifting lugs at both ends of the shaft sleeve. It must be replaced with a balance crane.
