200x70x1500 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x70x1500 shaft-mounted fork is 228 kg. The cross-section is 200 mm wide, 70 mm thick, and the total length is 1.5 meters. The fork adopts a full-fiber isothermal forging process. The metal streamlines extend continuously along the length of the fork. There is no cutting in the transition area between the root and the bushing. The fatigue strength is 40% higher than traditional die forging. The bushing is an independent replaceable module, connected to the fork body through eight high-strength bolts. After the inner hole of the bushing is worn, there is no need to scrap the entire fork. The accuracy of use can be restored by simply replacing the bushing, greatly reducing the life cycle cost. The fork surface is carburized and quenched as a whole, with an effective hardened layer depth of 2 mm and a surface hardness of 60HRC. A longitudinal wavy oil groove is processed by a CNC grinder. When the steel plate coated with anti-rust oil is pushed, the oil is discharged along the groove to maintain a dry friction state. The front edge of the fork tip is overlay-welded with a highly wear-resistant chromium-molybdenum alloy, and is precision-ground with double fifteen-degree guide slopes, allowing it to be smoothly inserted into the base of heavy equipment.

 

 

The grain size rating and non-metallic inclusion level of each fork are laser-engraved on the inside of the fork leg, and the raw material heat number can be traced by scanning the code. The surface is coated with solvent-free epoxy high-build paint with a dry film thickness of 320 microns, which is resistant to seawater and chemical corrosion. Two million cycles of fatigue verification under 1.35 times rated load are carried out before leaving the factory, and a stress amplitude test curve is attached. This fork is adapted to the 4A-level shaft mounting system. The locking nut is hydraulically pre-tightened and has an anti-loosening snap ring, which will never loosen after installation. The unit weight of 228 kg is matched with integral forged lifting lugs at both ends of the shaft sleeve, which can be replaced by a single person using a balance crane.
