150x60x1600 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 150x60x1600 shaft-mounted fork is 153 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and the total length is 1.6 meters. The fork is integrally forged from aluminized steel, with an iron-aluminum alloy layer formed on the surface. It can withstand 800-degree high-temperature radiation without softening. It is suitable for the transfer of hot-rolled coils or castings in steel plants. The inner hole of the shaft sleeve is machined with multi-head spiral grooves, forming a self-locking fit similar to that of a lead screw with the forklift mounting shaft. It locks automatically after being screwed in, without the need for additional nuts or pins. It can be exited by rotating in the opposite direction during disassembly. The fork surface is inlaid with replaceable graphite-based anti-friction strips. When pushing hot goods, the graphite heats up and expands to form a continuous lubricating film. The friction coefficient is as low as 0.05 and does not adhere to the scale.

 

 

The front edge of the fork tip is pre-made into an olecranon-shaped hook shape, which is specially used to hook the end of high-temperature steel billet for pulling operation. Each fork has an anti-heat radiation baffle welded to the end of the shaft sleeve to protect the operator and the hydraulic pipeline from heat waves. The surface is not painted and relies on the aluminized layer to resist oxidation and will not peel off after long-term use. Before leaving the factory, a bending test of 1.2 times the rated load is carried out under a 600-degree hot state, and a high-temperature deflection curve is attached. This fork is suitable for the 4A-level shaft mounting system. During installation, you only need to insert the fork into the mounting shaft and rotate it three times to self-lock. A single person can complete the replacement without tools. It is especially suitable for quickly changing forks of different specifications in front of the furnace.
