Product Introduction

The weight of a single 200x70x2100 shaft-mounted fork is 289 kg. The section is 200 mm wide, 70 mm thick, and two meters long. This fork uses a vacuum diffusion welding process to connect a titanium alloy bushing to a high-strength steel fork body. The inner hole of the bushing is ion-implanted with yttrium element, forming a ceramic surface that resists fretting wear with the forklift mounting shaft. The friction coefficient is as low as 0.03 and it requires no lubrication for life. The fork surface is covered with a field-replaceable thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer mesh. The mesh nodes protrude 1 mm from the fork surface to provide flexible contact when pushing large glass panels or polished stones. After the mesh is worn, the entire sheet can be peeled off and a new mesh can be hot-pressed to restore.

 

 

The replaceable carbon fiber composite shovel plate is fixed with bolts on the front edge of the fork tip. The shovel plate is embedded with heating wires. When pushing frozen and sticky goods in winter, it can be powered to melt ice. The weight of the shovel plate is only one quarter of that of steel. The end of the shaft sleeve is integrated with a magnetorheological damper. By adjusting the magnetic field strength, the damping force of the fork's rotation around the axis can be infinitely controlled to prevent the extra-long fork from accidentally swinging during driving. The tightening torque value and replacement cycle of the carbon fiber shovel plate are marked on the inside of the fork leg of each fork using an etching process.

 

 

The surface is coated with UV-resistant polysiloxane topcoat, light gray. Before leaving the factory, ultrasonic testing of the vacuum diffusion welding layer and magnetorheological damper response testing are carried out under 1.35 times the rated load. This fork is suitable for the 4A-level shaft mounting system. The locking nut adopts a wedge-shaped thread and anti-loosening pin structure. It has a single weight of 289 kg and titanium alloy lifting rings on both sides of the shaft sleeve. It can be replaced by a single person using a balance crane. It is specially used for over-sized LCD glass substrate production lines, precision ceramic polishing plate transfers and the relocation of precious stone exhibits in large museums.
