150x60x1500 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 150x60x1500 shaft-mounted fork is 146 kg. The fork adopts a through-type mounting shaft with a double taper sleeve locking structure. When the end nut is tightened, the taper sleeve moves axially and causes radial expansion. The mounting shaft and the fork sleeve are closely fitted to achieve a zero-clearance connection without any relative shaking when lateral force is applied. The fork surface is quenched by residual heat and cooled directly in water after final forging to obtain a fine lath martensite structure. The strength and toughness match is better than traditional quenching and tempering. There is a surfacing layer wear indicator boss welded on the back of the fork tip. When the surfacing layer wears to the height of the boss, repair welding is required. There are two symmetrical craft lifting lugs on the outside of the shaft sleeve. The inner holes of the lifting lugs have been treated with high-frequency quenching and wear resistance, and a crowbar can be directly inserted to assist in disassembly.

 

 

The measured section moment of inertia and bending section coefficient are stamped on the inside of the fork leg of each fork for users to check the working conditions. The surface is coated with impact-resistant polyamide powder coating, 0.4 mm thick, in engineering yellow. Before leaving the factory, conduct a static load test at 1.3 times the rated load, and record the amount of fork tip deflection. This fork is suitable for all 4A-class axle-mounted forklifts and reach stackers. The locking nut is equipped with an anti-backout toothed washer and does not require frequent tightening after installation. With a single weight of 146 kg and the craft lifting lugs on the shaft sleeve, one person can complete loading and unloading using ordinary hooks.
