200x70x2200 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x70x2200 shaft-mounted fork is 300 kg. The cross-section is 200 mm wide, 70 mm thick, and the total length is 2.2 meters. This fork follows a century-old forging process and has been repeatedly pulled out by seven fires. The grain size is finer than level 8. After the bushing and fork body are integrally formed, they are left to sit outdoors for six months for aging treatment to completely release the internal stress. The fork surface retains the original forging hammer marks, and the hammer mark pits are of varying depths to form a natural anti-slip texture, requiring no additional processing. The fork tip adopts folding and forging techniques to form an extremely fine composite layered structure, with a sharp blade and excellent toughness. The inner hole of the shaft sleeve is scraped and ground by hand, and matched with the forklift mounting shaft until the contact surface reaches more than 90%, and there is no gap after locking.

 

 

Before each fork leaves the factory, experienced technicians perform a knocking and sound identification to determine internal defects based on the audio characteristics. At the same time, magnetic particle inspection and a static load test of 1.35 times the rated load are performed. The residual deformation is engraved on the fork legs with a steel stamp. The surface is only coated with a thin layer of linseed oil to prevent rust and retain the original color of the metal. The fork is adapted to the 4A-level axle mounting system, and the locking nut adopts a traditional double nut plus stop washer structure. The 300kg single weight is matched with the integral forged lifting lugs on both sides of the shaft sleeve, which must be replaced with a balance crane or workshop crane.
