200x60x2000 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x60x2000 shaft-mounted fork is 238 kg. The section is 200 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and two meters long. This fork is specially designed for the transfer of 100-meter-level wind turbine blade molds. The shaft sleeve adopts pneumatic film locking technology. It uses the 0.6 MPa compressed air of the forklift to drive the annular film to expand and evenly lock the installation shaft. The locking force is adjustable and the pressure can be released with one click during disassembly. No mechanical wrench is required in the entire process. The fork surface is integrally cast with bionic tree root-like protrusions, with a height of 1 mm and a width of 3 mm, forming an irregular bifurcated network, which effectively prevents lateral slippage when pushing heavy composite molds without damaging the mold surface. The leading edge of the fork tip is overlay-welded with silicon nitride ceramic, which ensures no sparks or release agent adhesion when in contact with the steel bracket of the blade mold. The end of the shaft sleeve is integrated with a gas line quick-change joint, plug-in connection, and the sealing ring is self-locking to prevent leakage.

 

 

A stainless steel scale is riveted on the inside of the fork leg of each fork. The thickness is marked every 20 millimeters starting from the fork tip, and a red warning line for the wear limit is attached. The surface is coated with UV-resistant polyurea coating, light gray, which reflects sunlight and reduces the temperature rise of the fork surface. Before leaving the factory, a pneumatic pressure holding test and a ceramic layer bonding strength test under 1.35 times the rated load are carried out. The fork is adapted to the 4A-level axle mounting system and can be replaced on-site with a manual air pump without the need for a forklift. With a single weight of 238 kg and aluminum alloy lifting rings on both sides of the shaft sleeve, it can be operated by a single person using a balancing crane.
