150x60x2100 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 150x60x2100 shaft-mounted fork is 184 kg. The section is 150 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and two meters long. The fork adopts an external double-half hoop locking structure. The shaft sleeve and the forklift mounting shaft are clamped by two upper and lower high-strength forged hoops. The hoops are connected by four 12.9-grade bolts. No special tools are required for disassembly and assembly, making it suitable for quick replacement on site. The fork surface is covered with a rubber anti-skid pad that can be replaced as a whole. The anti-skid pad is 8 mm thick and has a diamond-shaped pattern embossed on the surface. It provides sufficient friction when pushing fragile goods such as glass and ceramics without damaging the bottom. When the anti-skid pad is worn, loosen the side strips and you can pull it out and replace it with a new one. The fork tip is wrapped with a wear-resistant cast steel sleeve. The sleeve body and the fork body are fixed by dovetail grooves and spring pins. The surface of the cast steel sleeve is overlayed with high-chromium cast iron to adapt to highly abrasive working conditions such as scrap steel or ore.

 

 

An electronic level is built into the end of each fork's sleeve, and the cab dashboard can display the lateral inclination of the left and right forks in real time, making it easier for the operator to adjust the forklift's attitude. The surface is coated with acid-resistant phenolic epoxy paint with a total film thickness of 120 microns, which is suitable for chemical plants and pickling workshops. Before leaving the factory, a hoop slip test and an anti-skid pad peeling test are carried out under 1.35 times the rated load, and a test report is attached. The fork is suitable for the 4A-level shaft mounting system. When installing, first insert the fork into the mounting shaft, close the hoop and alternately tighten the four bolts to the specified torque. One person can complete the installation within ten minutes.
