The weight of a single 200x60x2100 shaft-mounted fork is 247 kg. The section is 200 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and two meters long. The shaft sleeve adopts bimetal thermal expansion locking technology. The outer layer of the shaft sleeve is made of low-expansion alloy and the inner layer is made of high-expansion alloy. After being pushed into the installation shaft, it is heated to 80 degrees by the residual heat of the forklift engine. The expansion of the inner layer is greater than that of the outer layer, resulting in a radial locking force. It remains locked after cooling. When disassembling, use a portable induction heater to locally heat the sleeve to loosen it.

 

 

The fork surface is covered with a replaceable carbon fiber composite plate, which is 5 mm thick and weighs only one-fifth of the steel plate. There will be no metal scratches when pushing aerospace-grade carbon fiber prepreg rolls. When the composite plate is worn, loosen the end pressure plate and replace it with a new one. The front edge of the fork tip is inlaid with a cubic boron nitride blade. The blade is arc-shaped and is specially used to remove residual sand on the surface of the precision casting shell. A mechanical thermal locking indicator is built into the end of the shaft sleeve. When the locking temperature reaches the requirement, the indicator window changes from white to black, indicating that the locking is qualified.

 

 

The measured values ​​of elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of each fork are laser-engraved on the inside of the fork leg. The surface is coated with heat-resistant aluminum powder silicone paint, silver gray, and can withstand baking at 200 degrees for a short period of time. Before leaving the factory, the thermal expansion locking force test and the carbon fiber plate impact resistance test are carried out under 1.35 times the rated load. This fork is suitable for 4A-level shaft mounting systems. When disassembling, a matching induction heating gun is required. A single person can complete the replacement in three minutes. It is suitable for aviation composite material production lines, precision casting workshops and high-temperature alloy forging stations.
