200x60x1900 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x60x1900 shaft-mounted fork is 228 kg. The cross-section is 200 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and 1.9 meters long. The shaft sleeve adopts a split double hoop structure. The upper and lower forged hoops are locked with four 12.9-grade bolts to install the shaft. A wave spring group is embedded between the hoop and the bushing to provide constant preload and effectively absorb impact loads. The fork surface is inlaid with alumina ceramic wear-resistant strips, arranged longitudinally in parallel, with a strip width of 8 mm and a spacing of 12 mm. The ceramic strips bear the main wear when pushing heavy steel plate rolls, and the base body is not damaged. After the wear-resistant strips are worn, loosen the end pressure plate and the entire strip can be pulled out and replaced.

 

 

The front edge of the fork tip is overlayed with Stellite alloy and processed into a curved blade with a blade radius of 150 mm to adapt to the arc of the rolling plate. After the blade is worn, it is repaired by surfacing. A mechanical anti-loosening indicator pin is set at the end of the shaft sleeve. When the bolt pretightening force drops by more than 15%, the indicator pin automatically pops out of the end face. There are three depth warning ribs cast on the inside of the fork legs of each fork. Grinding of the first rib prompts inspection, grinding of the second rib recommends use with reduced load, and grinding of the third rib is mandatory for scrapping.

 

 

The surface is coated with oil-resistant epoxy high-build paint, gray matte, dry film thickness 250 microns. Before leaving the factory, the hoop slip test and the ceramic strip compression test are carried out under 1.35 times the rated load. This fork is suitable for the 4A-level shaft mounting system. The locking bolt has a torque scale. When the scale is aligned, the specified pre-tightening force can be achieved. With a single weight of 228 kg and forged lifting lugs on both sides of the shaft sleeve, it can be replaced by a single person using a balancing crane. It is suitable for heavy steel plate coil storage, shipyard plate distribution and large pressure vessel manufacturing lines.
