200x60x1400 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x60x1400 shaft-mounted fork is 186 kg. The cross-section is 200 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and the total length is 1.4 meters. The inner wall of the shaft sleeve is machined with a variable-diameter spiral groove, which is matched with an external magnetic locking device. After the power is turned on, the electromagnet absorbs the steel ball and inserts it into the spiral groove to lock the installation shaft. After the power is turned off and degaussed, the steel ball automatically returns to its position. It only takes ten seconds to disassemble and install. The fork surface is discretely quenched by laser to form a hardened lattice with a spacing of five millimeters. The hard-pointed and soft-core structure is both anti-slip and avoids stress concentration cracking. The front edge of the fork tip uses a thermal assembly process to fix the tungsten-cobalt-titanium alloy shovel plate. After the shovel plate is worn, it can be removed and replaced by heating it to 200 degrees without welding repair. A wireless vibration sensor is built into the end of the shaft sleeve to monitor abnormal vibrations during the fork operation in real time, and the data is synchronized to the forklift central control screen.

 

 

Each fork has a remaining life color band cast on the inside of the fork leg, which gradually changes from green to red. The length of the color band corresponds to the expected remaining working hours, and the replacement time can be judged visually. The surface is coated with a self-lubricating molybdenum disulfide coating, and the dry film friction coefficient is lower than 0.08, so sticky materials will not stick when pushed. Before leaving the factory, the magnetic locking failure test and vibration sensor calibration are carried out under 1.4 times the rated load. The fork is adapted to the 4A-level shaft mounting system. The electromagnetic locking device is powered by the forklift battery and has zero standby power consumption. With a single weight of 186 kg and magnetic lifting points on both sides of the shaft sleeve, it can be replaced by a single person in seconds using the matching electromagnetic hoist.
