200x60x1700 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x60x1700 shaft-mounted fork is 214 kg. The cross-section is 200 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and 1.7 meters long. The shaft sleeve adopts vacuum negative pressure locking technology. The air between the shaft sleeve and the installation shaft is evacuated through an external vacuum pump, forming a 0.08 MPa negative pressure adsorption force to firmly fit the fork and the forklift shaft without any mechanical locking parts. When disassembling, just open the pressure relief valve to break the vacuum and it can be easily extracted. The fork surface is designed to be self-responsive and wavy, composed of multiple layers of shape memory alloy plates. When pushing heavy objects, the fork automatically fine-tunes the local curvature according to the load distribution, so that the bottom surface of the cargo and the fork surface fit perfectly, and the uniformity of pressure distribution is improved by 40%. The front edge of the fork tip is embedded with a replaceable ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene roller set. Each set of three rollers is arranged in a Z-shaped arrangement. When pushing steel or paper rolls, rolling friction replaces sliding, reducing resistance by 60%. When the rollers are worn, they can be pried out and replaced with new ones.

 

 

A permanent passive RFID chip is built into the end of the shaft sleeve, and the manufacturing parameters, individual weighing data and cumulative usage time of the fork are written in. The fork can be automatically verified by scanning at the warehouse gate. The inside of each fork leg is coated with a long-lasting luminous coating, which absorbs natural light and can continue to glow in the dark for eight hours. No external power source is needed to clearly mark the boundaries of the forks in a power-off warehouse. The surface treatment uses graphene-modified epoxy primer and polyurea topcoat, with a total thickness of 300 microns, which is impact-resistant and self-cleaning. Before leaving the factory, a vacuum pressure holding test and a roller load test are carried out under 1.3 times the rated load. The fork is adapted to the 4A-level shaft mounting system and can be disassembled and assembled by a single person when equipped with a handheld vacuum pump. The whole process does not require any tools.
