150x60x1700 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 150x60x1700 shaft-mounted fork is 160 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and the total length is 1.7 meters. The fork shaft sleeve is embedded with four shape memory alloy locking pieces, which remain in a shrinking state at room temperature. After being pushed into the installation shaft, a low-voltage current is passed through. The locking pieces expand due to heat and lock the sleeve. After the power is turned off, the shaft sleeve can be disassembled after cooling and shrinking, without the need for a mechanical wrench. The fork surface is inlaid with replaceable silicon nitride ceramic wear-resistant sheets, which are distributed in a checkerboard shape. The hardness of the ceramic sheets reaches 1500HV. They protect the base when pushing highly abrasive materials. After wear, unscrew the screws and replace them with new ones.

 

 

A laser ranging sensor is installed on the front end of the fork tip to measure the gap between the fork tip and the bottom of the pallet in real time. The cab display prompts the insertion depth with millimeter-level accuracy to prevent collision with the shelf. The end cover of the shaft sleeve has a built-in gravity balance pendulum, which automatically finds the center of gravity when lifting. With the arc-shaped lifting lugs on the back of the fork, the fork can be kept level even without the use of a balance crane. The depth scale ridge is cast on the inside of the fork leg of each fork, and there is a ring rib every two millimeters. You can judge the remaining thickness by touching it with your fingertips.

 

 

The surface is coated with silver gray silicone heat-resistant paint, which can withstand the high temperature baking of the forklift exhaust pipe for a short period of time. Before leaving the factory, the memory alloy locking cycle test was carried out under 1.35 times the rated load, and the power was continuously turned on and off for 500 times without attenuation. The fork is adapted to the 4A-level axle mounting system. When replacing it, you only need to plug in the power plug and turn on the power to unlock it. One person can complete the disassembly and assembly in one minute.
