150x60x2000 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 150x60x2000 shaft-mounted fork is 177 kg. The section is 150 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and two meters long. The fork adopts a keyless taper locking connection. The inner hole of the bushing is a 1:30 taper surface, which is precisely ground with the forklift installation axle taper section. After the large nut at the end is tightened, a uniform radial holding force is generated, and the transmission torque is large without any gap. The fork surface is boronized to form a Fe2B hardened layer with a thickness of 0.1 mm. The microhardness is as high as 1400HV, and the wear resistance is three times higher than that of carburizing. The front edge of the fork tip is inlaid with a row of independently rotating carbide rollers. The roller axis is perpendicular to the pushing direction. When inserting a heavy pallet, rolling friction replaces sliding, and the resistance is reduced by 50%. A wireless weighing module is integrated at the end of the shaft sleeve, and each fork has a built-in strain bridge to measure the load in real time and send it to the cab terminal via Bluetooth, with an accuracy of plus or minus two percent.

 

 

There is a replaceable copper explosion-proof pad on the back of the fork, which is suitable for use in oil, gas or dust environments to avoid sparks from metal impact. The surface is coated with anti-static epoxy coating, and the resistance is less than ten to the fifth power of ohms. Before leaving the factory, the cone surface compression force test and weighing module calibration are carried out under 1.3 times the rated load, and a calibration certificate is attached. This fork is adapted to the 4A-level axle mounting system. When disassembling and assembling, you only need to loosen the end nut and tap the axle sleeve to exit. A single person can complete the replacement within ten minutes.
