150x60x1900 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 150x60x1900 shaft-mounted fork is 170 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and the total length is 1.9 meters. The rubber-metal composite shock-absorbing bushing is embedded between the fork bushing and the fork body, which can absorb push impact and driving vibration, and protect the forklift frame and cargo. If the bushing fails, just push it out and replace it with a new one. Three penetrating weight-reducing grooves are milled out along the length of the fork surface, and polymer wear-resistant filling strips are embedded in the grooves. The filling strips act as a buffer when pushing scrap materials and do not block the material. The fork tip is an independent forged module, connected to the main fork body through a dovetail groove. It is available in three types: flat head, pointed head and hook head. It can be quickly switched by releasing two angled wedge pins. A non-contact displacement sensor is installed at the end of the shaft sleeve to detect the relative position of the fork and the installation shaft in real time.

 

 

When the deviation exceeds the limit, it will automatically alarm the forklift controller. Each fork is balanced and calibrated before leaving the factory. The allowed residual imbalance is no more than 20 g·m, which meets the requirements for high-speed AGV and automated terminals. The surface treatment uses zinc-aluminum-magnesium plating and sealing, which can self-repair scratches and have excellent corrosion resistance. Before leaving the factory, the shock absorber bushing fatigue test and dynamic balance re-inspection are carried out under 1.4 times the rated load. The fork is adapted to the 4A-level shaft mounting system. The locking nut is equipped with an electronic torque sensing ring, and a buzzer will sound when the preset torque is reached. The single weight of 170 kg is combined with the three-point lifting holes on the shaft sleeve, and the installation can be completed by one person using an automatic balancing spreader.
