150x60x1800 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 150x60x1800 shaft-mounted fork is 163 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and the total length is 1.8 meters. Six symmetrical hydrostatic oil chambers are machined into the inner wall of the fork sleeve. When connected to a small hydraulic station, a pressure-bearing oil film with a thickness of 0.05 mm can be formed, so that the friction coefficient approaches zero when the fork rotates around the installation axis. It is especially suitable for papermaking roller handling or sugar cane unloading conditions that require frequent angle adjustments. The fork surface is inlaid with alumina ceramic anti-slip strips after nitriding treatment. The anti-slip strips are arranged in a zigzag shape, so that slippery plastic packages or logs can be pushed without slipping and without damaging the goods. The fork tip has a split quick-change structure and is fixed by two stainless steel quick-lock pins. It has three tips: wedge, flat blade and aquiline, and can be replaced within three minutes.

 

 

The sleeve end cover integrates a laser centering module that projects red cross lines to assist the operator in accurately inserting the pallet into the slot in dusty or dark environments. Each fork is equipped with an electronic inclination meter on the inside of the fork leg, and the cab dashboard displays the fork inclination angle in real time to prevent over-rotation. The surface is sprayed with fluorescent orange polyester powder and covered with transparent anti-slip sand, making nighttime operations clearly visible. Before leaving the factory, a hydrostatic bearing leakage and load-bearing test of 1.3 times the rated load is carried out to ensure the stability of the oil film. This fork is suitable for the 4A-level shaft mounting system. The locking nut uses a splined anti-loosening sleeve, which can be tightened by hand without tools and then locked.
