120x40x2300 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x40x2300 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 96 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and the total length is 2.3 meters. This pair of forks uses a diffusion connection process to metallurgically combine a 3 mm thick stainless steel wear-resistant layer with a low-alloy steel matrix. The surface of the wear-resistant layer is covered with micron-sized pits, which are used to store release agents and will never stick when pushing phosphogypsum boards or clay products. The fork tip is designed as a titanium alloy wedge-shaped shovel plate that can be quickly replaced. The shovel plate and the main fork body are fixed by two wedge-shaped pins. When worn or broken, the pins can be pulled out and replaced without welding. A mechanical peak load indicator is installed on the back of the hook. When the fork has withstood an impact that exceeds 10% of the rated load, the indicator window turns from green to red and irreversibly flips over, forcing the operator to send it for inspection and review. The fork surface is processed with a radioactive diversion groove, and the bottom of the groove is penetrated by a drainage hole, which is specially designed to deal with the frequent defrost water accumulation in the aquatic cold storage and ensure that the fork surface does not accumulate water or freeze.

The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. The inside of the lower hook is equipped with a self-lubricating alumina ceramic liner, which is maintenance-free for life. The surface treatment adopts nickel-chromium alloy plating, which is resistant to hydrogen sulfide and ammonia corrosion. It is suitable for fertilizer plants or frozen meat warehouses. Before leaving the factory, each pair of forks undergoes magnetic particle inspection for a full length of 2.3 meters, and undergoes a heavy-load running-in test that exceeds the nominal load by 5%, and the running-in curve is archived. With a single weight of 96 kilograms and a screw lift truck integrated at the end of the fork, the operator can lift the fork vertically to the height of the hanging plate by shaking the handle, and then push it horizontally to lock it. This specification is mainly used for high-level handling of acid-resistant pallets in phosphogypsum board production lines, large-scale seafood quick-freezing tunnels, and sulfuric acid plants.
