120x35x1300 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x1300 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 53 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and 1.3 meters long. This pair of forks is wrapped with a layer of replaceable polyurethane elastomer on the front edge of the fork tip, with a thickness of 8 mm. It can effectively cushion impacts and avoid leaving indentations when pushing fragile or painted parts. The inside of the hook is processed with a self-locking bevel. When the hanging plate is pushed in, the bevel and the positioning pin automatically fit, and the gap tends to zero. There is no need to manually adjust the locking bolt. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO at the same time. The closed end of the lower hook is equipped with a dust discharge hole. Iron filings or sand and gravel accumulated in daily use can fall out of the hole to prevent jamming.

 

 

A shallow circumferential groove is imprinted on the fork surface every 200 mm, which serves as a simple length ruler to facilitate the operator to estimate the depth of the goods without having to get out of the car to measure. The surface treatment is blackened and coated with water-based wax. It feels dry and does not stick to your hands. It is suitable for fork changing operations with frequent bare-hand contact. Each pair of forks undergoes a 1,300 mm full-length pre-arch treatment before leaving the factory, so that the fork tips naturally rise by about 2 mm under no load, and just return to level after being fully loaded. The 53kg unit weight has a round steel handle with anti-slip patterns welded to the rear end, so that a single person can lift it and push the hanging plate horizontally.
