120x35x900 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x900 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 42 kg. The fork pair has a rated load capacity of 2,000 kg, a load center distance of 500 mm, and an installation level of 2A. The cross-section width reaches 120 mm and the thickness is only 35 mm, forming a wide flat working surface, specially used for handling large-sized but low-density goods such as washing machine packaging boxes, foam plastic modules or hollow board turnover boxes. Each weighs 42 kilograms and is significantly lighter than thick-section forks of the same length. Together with the 900mm short arm length, the forklift is extremely flexible to turn around on the narrow platform of the supermarket distribution center. The 120 mm wide fork surface effectively disperses the pressure of a 2,000 kg load on the pallet and prevents the bottom of the carton from collapsing. The fork tip is processed with a two-way bevel guide angle, ten degrees on the left and right, so that a skewed pallet can be inserted smoothly from above or from the side. There is an anti-misinstallation boss on the back of the hook. If the hanging plate is severely worn or the model does not match, the fork cannot be pushed to the bottom, which physically eliminates the risk of misinstallation.

 

 

The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM, and ISO. The inside of the lower hook is pre-installed with polyurethane shock-absorbing pads to absorb impact noise during hooking. The fork surface is pressed with a fine dot matrix, and the dots are 0.2 mm lower than the plane, which can store oil and prevent rust without hindering the sliding of goods. The surface treatment uses transparent passivation and a colored sealing layer, which is light golden in color and facilitates visual inspection of surface cracks. Each pair of forks undergoes a 2,000kg offset load test before leaving the factory, and the height difference between the left and right forks is controlled within 0.8 mm. The unit weight of 42kg is suitable for a single person to use the pushrod with a magnetic handle to complete the replacement. The pushrod is adsorbed on the smooth part of the fork surface.
