The weight of a single 120x40x2400 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 100 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and the total length is 2.4 meters. This pair of forks adopts a composite forming process of radial forging and warm extrusion. The metal streamlines are spirally distributed along the length of the fork, and a continuous network of reinforcing ribs is formed inside, making the bending stiffness of two meters and four lengths under a dead weight of 100 kilograms 1.3 times that of ordinary forged forks. The working surface of the fork tip is laser clad with a 2.5 mm thick tungsten carbide and cobalt-based alloy composite layer, with a hardness as high as 68HRC. The amount of wear when pushing slag or glass fiber products is only one-fifth of that of ordinary forks. Three sets of self-centering roller rows are embedded in the hook positioning surface. When the hanging plate is pushed in, the rollers automatically close up to eliminate gaps. After locking, the rollers lock, which combines the lightness of rolling installation with the stability of fixed connection. The horizontal bubble tube and lateral inclinometer are pre-embedded in the middle of the fork surface. The operator can confirm the left and right horizontal and front and rear elevation angles of the fork without getting off the vehicle.
The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. The inside of the lower hook is equipped with a double row of stainless steel springs, which automatically presses the lower edge of the hanging plate without any abnormal noise during driving. Each pair of forks undergoes a two-meter-four full-length six-degree-of-freedom laser calibration before leaving the factory. The relative position error of the left and right fork tips is less than 0.3 mm. The calibration matrix is engraved on the fork legs in the form of a QR code. The surface treatment uses ultra-thick thermal spray zinc and epoxy sealing. The single-sided coating thickness is 150 microns, and it is resistant to neutral salt spray for 2,000 hours. The 100kg single weight is equipped with a special tilting transport rack. The fork is placed vertically in the rack, and swivel casters are installed at the bottom. One person can push it to the hanging board, tilt it flat, and then slide it in and lock it by gravity. This specification is mainly used for 100-meter-level wind turbine blade post-processing equipment, large ship stern shaft shafting transfer and heavy-duty bridge support storage racks.
