120x35x1400 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x1400 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 56 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and the total length is 1.4 meters. This pair of forks adopts a three-section variable cross-section design along the length direction. The thickness remains unchanged at 35 mm within the 500 mm range close to the hook, the middle 500 mm gradually changes to 30 mm, and the last 400 mm gradually changes to 25 mm. This makes the stress distribution of the entire fork more even, and the weight is reduced by 12% compared with the equal-section design, while the bending stiffness is only reduced by 5%. Each 56-kg fork undergoes vacuum degassing three times during the manufacturing process. The hydrogen content in the steel is less than 2 parts per million, completely eliminating white spot defects. There are two drainage grooves under the fork tips, the grooves are 5 mm wide and run through to the end.

 

 

When carrying wet goods, accumulated water or oil can be quickly drained to avoid slipping. The hook positioning surface adopts a rolling strengthening process to form a hardened layer with a depth of 0.3 mm, and the surface hardness is 40% higher than the base body. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. The head of the locking bolt is cast with an integrated torque indicator plate. When the bolt is tightened to the specified torque, the green window on the indicator plate is exposed, otherwise it displays red. The fork surface is pressed with wavy anti-slip patterns with a depth of only 0.2 mm, which does not hide debris and is easy to wash.

 

 

Each pair of forks undergoes a large bending moment static load test of 14,000 Nm before leaving the factory, and the residual deformation is marked on the fork legs. With a single weight of 56 kg and a double roller device at the end of the fork back, the fork can be tilted and moved.
