100x45x1600 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1600 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 67 kg. The cross-section width is 100 mm, the root thickness is 45 mm, and linearly narrows to 28 mm toward the fork tip, forming a variable-section cantilever beam. Each 67-kg fork is equipped with a metal memory alloy locking piece on the hook. After installation, it is heated by the vibration of the forklift to the phase change temperature and automatically expands, completely eliminating the gap between the hook and the hanging plate. There are two rows of depth-indicating blind holes drilled on the upper surface of the fork tip. When the fork surface is worn to the point where the bottom of the hole is exposed, it indicates that the remaining thickness has reached the lower safety limit. The product meets three major international standards at the same time. Its hook positioning surface adopts a wave-shaped elastic contact design and is composed of six arc-shaped ridges.

During installation, the ridges are compressed and deformed to form multi-point contacts to compensate for the flatness error of the hanging board. A safe load dot diagram of 1800 kg is embossed on the fork surface near the root. Different colored dots represent the limits at different load center distances. The surface treatment uses low-temperature sulfurization and anti-rust oil to give the fork self-lubricating properties and prevent it from getting stuck when pushing rusty pallets. Each pair of forks undergoes a 20% overload creep test before leaving the factory. The residual deformation after being unloaded for two hours shall not exceed 0.3 mm. The unit weight of 67 kg fully considers the manpower limit, so there are internally threaded lifting holes cast on the side of the fork, which can be replaced by a single person using lifting eye screws and a manual hoist.
