120x35x1100 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x1100 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 48 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and one meter long. A row of eight independently replaceable steel ball rollers are embedded in the fork tip of this pair of forks. The rollers are slightly higher than the fork surface. When pushing light cargo, rolling friction replaces sliding friction. One person can easily push large packaging boxes to the root of the fork. Each 48-kg fork adopts a hollow rectangular tube structure with uniform wall thickness, which reduces its own weight while maintaining the cross-sectional modulus. At the same time, an anti-rust gas phase corrosion inhibitor is injected into the hollow cavity. During long-term storage, volatile molecules adhere to the inner wall to prevent rust. There is a wear warning step milled on the back of the hook. When the contact surface of the hanging plate wears and sinks by more than 1.5 mm, there will be an obvious gap between the edge of the step and the hanging plate, and the need for repair can be judged by the naked eye.

 

 

The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. The arc transition radius of its upper and lower hooks is increased to 12 mm to eliminate sources of stress concentration. There is no embossing on the fork surface, and the entire fork is sprayed with anti-static epoxy powder. The surface resistance is lower than ten ohms to the sixth power. It is suitable for explosion-proof areas of ammunition packaging or electronic product assembly lines. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, a full-length straightness check of 1,100 mm is performed, and lateral bending is not allowed to exceed 0.8 mm. The surface coating is bright orange, clearly marking the boundaries of the forks in a dark warehouse. The 48kg unit weight is cast with two oblique push handles at the rear end. The operator can hold the push handles to push the fork flatly into the hanging plate without bending down.
