100x35x2000 ITA/FEM Forks

 

The weight of a single 100x35x2000 ITA/FEM fork is 62 kg. The cross-section width is 100 mm, the thickness is 35 mm, and the total length is two meters. This is the longest specification in the wide and flat series that can be used stably. It is mainly used for ultra-deep penetration operations in aircraft engine blade transfer racks, heavy-duty mold warehouses and automated three-dimensional warehouses. Each 62-kilogram piece of steel is made of electroslag remelted billets and undergoes seven passes of precision cold rolling to achieve a surface roughness of Ra1.6 microns. The heat treatment uses integral gas quenching in a vacuum furnace and three high-temperature temperings to eliminate all internal stresses and ensure that the lateral bending in the two-meter length does not exceed one millimeter. The fork tip does not have any anti-slip pattern, but is mirror-polished and inlaid with replaceable copper alloy sliders, which are specially used to push high-value composite materials or precision tooling. The hook and positioning surface are ground after carbonitriding, and the matching gap with the ITA/FEM standard quick change frame is controlled within 0.2 mm.

 

 

Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, the entire length of the fork must be scanned by a laser tracker. The parallelism deviation of the left and right two forks is not allowed to exceed two millimeters. Since a single 62kg unit is strictly prohibited to be transported manually, a permanent magnet lifting interface is embedded in the back of the fork, which can be safely replaced by a single person in conjunction with an electromagnetic suction cup. This model is also compatible with the optical positioning system of AGV forklifts, and there is a reflective patch sticking area reserved on the side of the hook. The surface is coated with ultra-thick epoxy high-build paint, which is wear-resistant and suitable for high-dust environments such as steel smelting raw material warehouses. In actual use, it must be used with a forklift with a raised mast and enhanced counterweight. It is strictly prohibited to be used with ordinary standard forklifts.
