100x45x2200 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x2200 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 86 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, the root is 45 mm thick, and it gradually changes to 20 mm towards the fork tip, with a total length of two meters and two. Each 86-kilogram fork is filled with high-density damping alloy particles in a closed cavity, with a particle diameter of 0.5 to 1 mm, and a filling rate of 95%. These particles rub and collide with each other when the forklift is driving or pushing goods, converting vibration energy into heat energy, reducing the high-frequency vibration transmitted from the fork to the cab by 70%. It is especially suitable for transporting precision ceramics or electronic glass substrates. A pair of magnetic guide rollers are installed under the fork tips. The rollers can be adsorbed on the bottom of the steel pallet and automatically guide the fork to align with the slot when the fork is inserted. The two-meter-two long stroke does not require repeated direction adjustment. The hook locking device is changed to a centrifugal safety lock. The lock pin can only be pulled out when the forklift is traveling at a speed lower than 3 kilometers per hour to prevent the fork from falling off due to misoperation during driving. The product meets three major international standards at the same time. Its positioning surface is treated with vanadium infiltration, and its wear resistance is twice that of carburization.

 

 

The fork surface is pressed with a wavy shallow groove, and a red polyurethane anti-slip strip is embedded in the groove. After wear and tear, you only need to pull out the old strip and replace it with a new one, without repainting or processing. The surface treatment adopts zinc-nickel alloy coating and transparent sealing, which can self-repair scratches and resist salt spray for 1,200 hours. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, a modal analysis is performed at a full length of two meters and two meters, and the first three natural frequencies are recorded and engraved on the fork legs. The single weight of 86 kg is matched with the telescopic hydraulic wheel set at the rear end of the fork. After pulling out the wheel set, the fork pushes horizontally, reaches the hanging plate opening, stows the wheel set and slides in using the slope.
