150x50x1400 Blank Forks

150x50x1400 Blank Forks weigh 105kg each. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and the total length is 1.4 meters. The blank is made from steel ingots and then undergoes six passes of hot rolling. After final rolling, it immediately enters the water cooling device. A hardened layer with a thickness of about 0.5 mm is formed on the surface, while the core maintains the rolled structure, obtaining gradient properties of hard outside and tough inside. The straightness of the entire length has passed the online laser inspection and is no longer straightened before leaving the factory. A natural camber of 0.8 mm per meter is allowed. The original rolled skin is retained on all sides in the thickness direction without any grinding or trimming. Only the two end faces are double-sided milled, with a parallelism of better than 0.3 mm. The fork surface uses an electro-etching process to print continuous dot-dash lines throughout the entire length, which serve as a visual benchmark for subsequent processing.

 

 

The dot matrix depth is only 0.1 mm. Each fork has a through-sampling hole with a diameter of 12 mm drilled 150 mm away from the end face for users to intercept metallographic test blocks by themselves. The measured Brinell hardness value at that location is marked with a steel stamp around the sampling hole. The surface hardness of each fork is randomly inspected before leaving the factory, and the hardness curve is posted on the side of the fork. The surface is coated with a volatile liquid gas phase rust inhibitor without leaving any solid film. The packaging adopts a vertical hanging steel structure frame. Each frame is independently fixed. The four preset conical positioning pits on the fork back correspond to the elastic top pins on the frame body to prevent displacement during transportation. The single weight of 105kg is combined with the flat lifting slot on the fork back, and only flat slings are allowed to be used for lifting from the bottom.
