130x60x1100 Blank Forks

130x60x1100 Blank Forks weigh 96 kg each. The cross-section is 130 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and one meter long. This blank fork is specially designed for stability testing and counterweighting of the base of large industrial robots. Each 96 kilogram weight facilitates accurate loading of the workshop crane in blocks, simulating the overturning moment of the robot in different postures. The material is ordinary carbon steel Q235B, and the surface is sandblasted and coated with anti-slip orange peel paint to increase the friction coefficient with the robot base steel plate. There is a through-type dovetail groove milled near both ends of the fork surface. The groove width is 16 mm. When used with special T-bolts, multiple forks can be locked side by side on the robot installation platform to prevent displacement during high-speed movement. A set of positioning pin holes with a diameter of 28 mm are drilled every 300 mm along the length of the fork, which are used to penetrate cylindrical pins to fix the two stacked forks as a whole.

 

 

The height of the counterweight is adjusted to match the position of the center of gravity of different robots. The fork tips and fork backs are rounded to R15 to avoid scratching the surface of the equipment during transportation. The actual weighing data is stamped with a steel stamp on the end of each fork, accurate to 0.2 kg, and yellow warning stripes are sprayed on it. The packaging is made of steel stacking frames, with four pieces per frame. The weight of a single piece is 96 kg. With two M24 lifting eye screw holes on the back of the fork, it can be loaded and unloaded smoothly using a workshop balance crane or forklift. This specification is mainly used in industrial robot debugging workshops, heavy-duty workstations of automated production lines, and large machine tool seismic test platforms.
