100x45x1000 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1000 Blank Forks is 53 kg. The section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and one meter long. This type of blank fork does not have hooks and positioning grooves processed at all when it leaves the factory. The upper and lower planes and sides are kept in the original forged state. It is specially designed for equipment manufacturers or maintenance workshops to precisely match the actual forklift hanging plate size. Each 53-kg billet is die forged from micro-alloyed steel B900C, with trace amounts of niobium and vanadium added to ensure strength while improving cutting performance and making it easier to mill special-shaped hook grooves. The fork tips have been prefabricated with a 30-degree guide bevel and are polished smoothly. Even if the hook is not processed, it can be temporarily used for shoveling goods piled on the ground. The blank is quenched and tempered in a controlled-atmosphere continuous furnace, and the cross-section hardness difference does not exceed 3HRC to prevent deformation after processing.

 

 

A longitudinal guide strip with a width of 10 mm is forged in the center of the fork surface, which serves as the tool setting benchmark for the gantry milling machine. The surface is coated with water-based acrylic anti-rust paint, which can be cut directly during machining, and the paint film does not stick to the knife. Each pair of cargo forks undergoes magnetic particle inspection one by one and a report is issued. Mechanical performance test rods are provided with the goods. With a single weight of 53 kg and two M20 process screw holes on the back of the fork, it can be easily lifted to the three-axis milling machine workbench using eye screws.
