100x45x2300 Blank Forks weigh 96 kg each. The cross section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and 2.3 meters long. This blank fork adopts a one-time precision forming process of cross-wedge rolling, rolling out a rectangular cross-section directly from round steel. There is no forged flash on the surface and the dimensional accuracy is close to that of the finished product. Users only need to process the hook groove and positioning hole before it can be used directly. Each 96kg billet undergoes vacuum dehydrogenation treatment to control the hydrogen content below 1.5ppm, eliminating the risk of white spots. After rolling, it is continuously straightened online, and the straightness of the entire length is better than 0.8 mm. Natural aging marks are carried out every 400 mm. Users can process them in sections according to the marks to release residual stress. The fork tip has been pre-chamfered according to a 25-degree wedge shape and polished to Ra3.2, so it can directly shovel light materials.

 

 

There is no QR code or reference line on the fork surface. Only the material heat number and ultrasonic flaw detection qualification mark are engraved on one end surface. The entire surface is coated with a phosphate anti-rust film, which is light gray and does not need to be removed before welding or painting. The packaging adopts a vertical slot-type steel frame, each frame can accommodate eight, and the lever-assisted extraction mechanism on the side of the 96-kg single-joint frame body allows one person to move the forks to the processing platform. Each blank comes with a full-length diameter deviation measurement report and flaw detection map.
