100x45x1800 Blank Forks

100x45x1800 Blank Forks weigh 78kg each. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and the total length is 1.8 meters. This blank fork is specially designed for automated flexible processing lines. Each fork surface is laser-printed with a high-density QR code matrix, covering the entire upper surface from the hook area to the fork tip. Scan the QR code to obtain the 3D solid model file, machining allowance distribution map and recommended cutting parameters of the fork, which can be directly imported into a CNC machine tool to automatically generate a processing program. A steel ball with a diameter of 6 mm is embedded at each end of the fork tip as a measurement reference ball for the three-dimensional coordinate measuring instrument or online probe to automatically establish the workpiece coordinate system, eliminating the need for manual edge search and tool setting. The blank is made of pure steel and forged after electroslag remelting. The internal structure is uniform and ultrasonic flaw detection can meet Class A standards. In order to adapt to the ultra-long size of 1.8 meters, the blank was subjected to stress relief and aging treatment after straightening, and it will not naturally bend after being left for more than half a year.

 

 

There are no indentations or ribs on the fork surface, and it remains a complete plane. Only continuous small arcs are poured along the edges on both sides. The surface is coated with a conductive anti-rust layer, suitable for wire EDM or electrochemical machining without additional coating removal. Each blank comes with a digital inspection report when it leaves the factory, including full-length straightness curves, cross-sectional size fluctuation diagrams and hardness distribution cloud diagrams. With a single weight of 78 kg and two precision-machined parallel clamping surfaces on the back of the fork, it can be quickly clamped on a horizontal machining center using pneumatic flat-nose pliers.
