100x45x1700 Blank Forks

100x45x1700 Blank Forks weigh 76kg each. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and the total length is 1.7 meters. This blank fork is specially designed for non-standard modification in extremely cold environments. It is made of low-temperature-resistant alloy steel 09MnNiD and has an impact energy of not less than 27 Joules at minus 50 degrees. The hooks and positioning grooves are not processed at all when leaving the factory. Both end faces are pre-cut with double-sided asymmetric grooves. One side is 30 degrees for docking extensions, and the other side is 45 degrees for welding lifting lugs or push-pull bases. The fork tips are not chamfered and remain flat, allowing users to cut out sharp wedges or flat edges according to the actual shoveling objects. Each 76-kilogram blank has been preheated and straightened twice. The straightness of the entire length is controlled within 0.6 mm, and there are steel stamps every 200 mm to indicate the actual thickness deviation of the section.

 

 

A continuous rib with a width of 5 mm is forged along the center line of the fork surface, which serves as a reference line when cutting or welding. The surface is covered with a thick film of water-based anti-rust wax to withstand the salt spray environment of shipping. Each blank comes with a low-temperature tensile test report and carbon equivalent calculation sheet. With a single weight of 76 kilograms and four evenly spaced precision-cast lifting lugs on the back of the fork, it can be hoisted by one person using a four-legged balancing chain.
