200x70x2000 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x70x2000 shaft-mounted fork is 278 kg. The section is 200 mm wide, 70 mm thick, and two meters long. The shaft sleeve adopts a static pressure gas bearing structure, which forms a 0.02 mm air film after being connected to 0.8 MPa compressed air. When the fork rotates around the axis, the friction coefficient is lower than 0.001, and the starting torque is zero. It is especially suitable for precision alignment operations that require frequent fine-tuning of angles. The fork surface is precision planed to form a longitudinal V-shaped guide groove. The bottom of the groove is embedded with a replaceable polytetrafluoroethylene guide strip. The guide strip provides low-friction sliding when pushing the composite wind turbine blade mold. It can be removed and replaced with a new one after wear. The front edge of the fork tip is made of cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy layer-by-layer through electron beam fuse additive manufacturing to form a bionic dolphin beak profile, which has low resistance and does not tear the packing tape when inserted into a heavy-duty packaging box. There is a mechanical cumulative rotation counter built into the end cover of the shaft sleeve. The number jumps one level every time it rotates.

 

 

The rotation function is automatically locked after the design life is reached. The static and dynamic stiffness ratios and recommended maintenance intervals of each fork are laser-etched on the inside of the fork leg. The surface is coated with water-based matte anti-rust paint, which does not contain heavy metals. Before leaving the factory, a gas bearing leakage test under 1.3 times the rated load and a one million oil-free rotation wear test are carried out. This fork is adapted to the 4A level shaft mounting system. The locking nut adopts pneumatic auxiliary pre-tightening. The 278kg single weight is matched with the quick-connect air circuit lifting rings on both sides of the shaft sleeve. It can be quickly replaced by a single person using a balancing crane.
