200x70x1300 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x70x1300 shaft-mounted fork is 207 kg. The cross-section is 200 mm wide, 70 mm thick, and one meter three in total length. This fork is specially designed for large-scale forging manipulators. It is made of heat-resistant alloy steel and is integrally forged. It can continue to work next to high-temperature billets of 850 degrees without softening. The inner hole of the shaft sleeve is surfacing with cobalt-based self-fluxing alloy, forming a high-temperature anti-occlusion friction pair with the installation shaft, and can still maintain normal rotation under red heat. There are three longitudinal ventilation grooves on the fork surface, and the heat radiated by the hot blank flows along the grooves to reduce the temperature of the fork body.

 

 

The front edge of the fork tip is coated with a tungsten carbide reinforced composite layer with a thickness of six millimeters, which is wear-resistant and does not stick to oxide scale when handling red-hot steel ingots. The end of the shaft sleeve is equipped with a water-cooling interface, which can significantly reduce the temperature rise of the shaft sleeve after being connected to circulating cooling water. There is a thermochromic warning strip cast on the inside of the fork leg of each fork. It is black at normal temperature and turns bright orange when it exceeds 500 degrees to remind operators to pay attention to the heat-affected zone. The surface is not painted and is treated with high temperature blackening process.

 

 

Before leaving the factory, a hot bending test under 1.3 times the rated load is carried out, and a metallographic test report of a two-hour insulation at 850 degrees is attached. The fork is adapted to the 4A-level axle mounting system, and the locking nut is equipped with a heat-resistant stainless steel lock washer. The 207kg single weight is matched with the heat-resistant lifting rings on both sides of the shaft sleeve, which needs to be replaced with a heat-insulating lifting chain. It is specially used for the transfer of red hot billets on large free forging press operators, hot die forging production lines and high-temperature alloy ring rolling production lines.
