The weight of a single 200x70x1900 shaft-mounted fork is 267 kg. The cross-section is 200 mm wide, 70 mm thick, and the total length is 1.9 meters. It is a specification with a slenderness ratio close to the extreme in this series. In order to ensure the straightness under the 1.9-meter cantilever, the fork underwent three times of cryogenic treatment at minus 100 degrees and two times of vibration aging after forging to control the lateral bending of the entire length within 1 mm. The transition area between the bushing and the fork body adopts a smooth arc surface with large curvature, and the stress concentration coefficient is reduced by 50% compared with the traditional right angle. There are no anti-skid lines or oil grooves on the fork surface. The entire fork is precision ground and coated with dry film lubricant. It will never leave any indentation when pushing the painted wind turbine blades or high-speed rail car bodies. The front edge of the fork tip is fixed with an integral cubic boron nitride plate through a diffusion connection process.
The hardness is as high as 4500HV. It is specially used to remove hard zinc slag from the bottom of the zinc pot in the hot-dip galvanizing production line. A redundant mechanical locking ring is installed at the end of the shaft sleeve, and three independent locking bolts are installed on the ring body. If any bolt fails, the remaining two can still ensure safety. Before each fork leaves the factory, the entire length of the fork is electrically measured under 1.4 times the rated load, and a stress distribution map for each 100 mm section is attached. The surface is coated with an absorbing coating and can be accurately identified by AGV in automated radar-guided warehouses. With a single weight of 267 kg and anti-magnetic lifting rings on both sides of the shaft sleeve, it can be replaced by a single person using a balance crane. It is specially used for high-speed rail body-in-white transfers, wind turbine blade mold constant temperature warehouses and zinc pot slag removal operations in hot-dip galvanizing lines.
