200x70x1800 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x70x1800 shaft-mounted fork is 256 kg. The cross-section is 200 mm wide, 70 mm thick, and 1.8 meters long. The fork adopts a composite process of additive manufacturing and forging, and a three-dimensional lattice structure is generated inside the fork body, which reduces the weight by 18% compared to solid forging while ensuring bending stiffness. The inner wall of the shaft sleeve is laser clad with indium-based alloy, forming a liquid metal lubricating layer with the mounting shaft. The friction coefficient is as low as 0.02 during heavy-load rotation and never dries up. The fork surface is entirely covered with a biodegradable polylactic acid-based anti-slip layer. The degradation products of wear are lactic acid and water, which does not pollute the environment. After the anti-slip layer fails, it can be completely decomposed under composting conditions and can be restored to like new by re-spraying.

 

 

The front edge of the fork tip is embedded with a piezoelectric ceramic energy recovery module. The impact force generated each time it is inserted into the tray is converted into electrical energy to power the built-in wireless strain sensor. The remaining thickness of the fork tip is monitored in real time, and the data is transmitted to the mobile phone terminal via Bluetooth. The shaft sleeve end cover is made of shape memory polymer, which remains rigidly locked at room temperature. It will automatically soften and release the fork when exposed to an open flame or a high temperature exceeding 150 degrees, preventing the fork from getting stuck in a fire and preventing the forklift from being able to evacuate. Braille wear marks are cast on the back of each fork, making it easier for visually impaired maintenance personnel to identify the remaining life level by touch.

 

 

The surface is coated with a water-soluble temporary anti-rust film, which can be removed by rinsing with clean water when used. Before leaving the factory, the additive structure crush test and biodegradation cycle test are carried out under 1.4 times the rated load. The fork is adapted to the 4A-level shaft mounting system. The locking nut is a tool-free star-shaped handle, which can be tightened with one hand to achieve the specified preload force. With a single weight of 256 kg and a three-point flexible sling on the shaft sleeve, it can be lifted smoothly by one person using an ordinary workshop vehicle.
