200x60x2200 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 200x60x2200 shaft-mounted fork is 256 kg. The cross-section is 200 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and the total length is 2.2 meters. The fork adopts a high-pressure carburizing tungsten alloy integral sintering process with a density as high as 15.6 grams per cubic centimeter. It is specially designed for the large-grip bucket of deep-sea mining vehicles. The inner hole of the shaft sleeve is inlaid with a hydraulic sealing ring. After being filled with seawater-resistant grease, it can withstand the hydrostatic pressure of 3,000 meters underwater without leaking. A spiral ore guide groove is processed on the fork surface, and diamond composite teeth are embedded in the groove to automatically break the crust when digging polymetallic nodules. The front edge of the fork tip is surfacing with zirconium titanium alloy, which is non-magnetic and resistant to sulfide corrosion.

 

 

The end of the shaft sleeve is equipped with an underwater robot operating interface to support remote control hydraulic locking. Each fork has been simulated in a deep-sea pressure chamber with 1.5 times the rated load, and the residual deformation is marked on the back of the fork. The surface is coated with anti-biofouling fluorocarbon paint and an underwater acoustic positioning beacon is attached. This fork is suitable for Class 4A heavy-duty axle mounting system, and an underwater hydraulic wrench is required when replacing it. With a single weight of 256 kg and a titanium alloy lifting ring, it is suitable for digging attachments in deep-sea polymetallic sulfide mining, submarine optical cable laying and large shipwreck salvage.
