150x60x2300 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 150x60x2300 shaft-mounted fork is 198 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and the total length is 2.3 meters. The fork bushing adopts electromagnetic locking technology. When the power is turned on, the electromagnetic coil generates a magnetic field to drive the armature wedge to radially lock the installation shaft. After the power is turned off, the spring automatically resets and unlocks. A single person can complete disassembly and assembly within thirty seconds without any tools or heating. The fork surface is entirely plated with nickel-cobalt alloy, with a hardness of 50HRC and a constant friction coefficient, so it does not slip when pushing slippery fish or chilled trays. The front edge of the fork tip is inlaid with a replaceable polycrystalline diamond cutter head, which is specially used to remove the ice layer condensed in the refrigerator. When the cutter head is worn, loosen the wedge pin and replace it with a new one.

 

 

The end of the shaft sleeve is integrated with a passive RFID temperature measurement chip, and terminal managers can read the cumulative usage temperature history of the forks with a hand-held terminal to determine whether overheating and overloading have occurred. An annular groove with a depth of 1 mm is cast on the inside of each fork leg, with a spacing of 5 mm between grooves, as a visual gauge of the remaining thickness. The surface is coated with anti-frost fluorocarbon paint, and the electric heating tape interface is embedded along the length direction. The heating function can be optionally installed to prevent freezing and sticking. Before leaving the factory, the electromagnetic locking tension test under 1.35 times the rated load and the low temperature impact test at minus 40 degrees Celsius are carried out, with a complete data report attached. This fork is suitable for 4A-level shaft mounting systems and is suitable for cold storage, fishing boat terminals and polar logistics centers.
