150x60x2400 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 150x60x2400 shaft-mounted fork is 205 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and 2.4 meters long, which is currently the longest specification in the series. The fork is made of ultra-fine-grained bainite steel that is integrally die-forged and isothermal quenched in a salt bath to obtain a carbide-free bainite structure. It has both high strength and high toughness and is suitable for extremely long cantilever working conditions. The inner hole of the shaft sleeve is processed with a double-conical self-locking structure. When the end nut is tightened, the relative movement of the inner and outer cones generates a radial locking force. The holding effect increases with the increase of load, completely eliminating vibration and loosening. Four continuous fiber grating sensors are embedded in the fork surface to monitor the strain distribution in real time along the length direction.

 

 

The cab screen displays the load value of each section to prevent unbalanced loading. The front edge of the fork tip is 3D printed using tungsten-cobalt-titanium carbide to form bionic shark skin micro-grooves, which reduces resistance by 40% when pushing slippery goods. The shaft sleeve end cover has a built-in mechanical life counter, and the pointer jumps one grid every time a full load cycle is completed. The surface is coated with self-healing polyurea elastomer, which will automatically heal within 24 hours after being scratched. Before leaving the factory, a static load test is carried out under 2 times the rated load, and a full-length deflection curve is attached. The fork is adapted to the 4A-level shaft mounting system, and the locking nut is equipped with an anti-backout toothed washer. With a single weight of 205 kg and hydraulic auxiliary lifting lugs at both ends of the shaft sleeve, it can be lifted smoothly using a hand pump.
