150x60x1300 Shaft Mounted Forks

The weight of a single 150x60x1300 shaft-mounted fork is 132 kg. The cross section is 150 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and 1.3 meters long. The shaft sleeve and fork body of this fork adopt interference thermal assembly technology. Three memory alloy anti-loosening rings are embedded in the outer wall of the shaft sleeve to provide constant holding force at normal temperature. When the temperature of the shaft sleeve exceeds 80 degrees due to friction, the anti-loosening ring automatically expands and further locks it, preventing loosening during heavy load rotation. The fork surface is designed as an arc-shaped crown with a high center and low sides. The crown is 2 mm higher. The center of gravity of the cargo is automatically centered when pushing containers or steel pallets, significantly reducing the risk of unbalanced loading. Four wear indicator probes with different lengths are embedded inside the fork tip along the thickness direction, corresponding to the remaining thickness of 50, 40, 30, and 20 mm respectively. The probes are wirelessly connected to the dashboard of the cab. When the wear reaches the corresponding depth, a graded alarm will be issued.

 

 

After forging, each fork is completely cryogenically treated at minus 60 degrees to eliminate residual austenite. It has extremely high dimensional stability and will not deform after long-term use. The surface is coated with a composite coating of Teflon and ceramic particles, with a thickness of 0.4 mm. It does not stick to sticky goods such as asphalt and resin and is resistant to high temperatures of 250 degrees. The end cover of the shaft sleeve is integrated with a mechanical peak load meter. When a single overload exceeds 15% of the rated value, a red warning scale will pop up and is irreversible, forcing the operator to send it for inspection. This fork is adapted to the 4A-level shaft mounting system. It undergoes two million rotation fatigue tests before leaving the factory, and the wear of the shaft sleeve is less than 0.03 mm. With a single weight of 132 kg and quick-release lifting rings at both ends of the shaft sleeve, replacement can be completed by a single person using a balancing crane.
