Electronic Device Chip Cooling
Aluminum heat sinks fit snugly onto the surface of chips like mobile phone CPUs and computer graphics cards, rapidly dissipating heat through microchannels. Its flatness of ≤0.1mm/m² ensures zero-gap contact and avoids local overheating.
Its lightweight and thin features make it suitable for small spaces, and the anodized surface layer prevents sweat corrosion, ensuring long-term and stable operation of game consoles and ultra-thin notebooks.
Battery Liquid Cooling Plate
As a core component of the power battery liquid cooling system, the aluminum cooling plate is embedded in the bottom of the battery module. The internal flow channel circulates coolant to control the battery temperature within ±2℃ fluctuation.
500h salt spray protection resists chassis water splash corrosion, and the extrusion molding process realizes integrated manufacturing of complex flow channels, directly improving the endurance safety of electric vehicles.


Active Heat Dissipation for LED Lights
High-power LED lights require continuous heat dissipation to prevent light decay. The aluminum heat sink increases the surface area by stamping fins, and natural convection can dissipate 60W of heat.
The surface ceramic treatment can withstand high temperatures of 130°C in the engine compartment and strictly adheres to the German VW TL 82446 standard, ensuring that the lamp groups of Audi and BMW models will not turn yellow for ten years.
Inverter Cooling Solution
IGBT modules produce kilowatts of heat when they are fully loaded. In both air cooling and water cooling modes, the module was kept below 85°C thanks to a composite heat dissipation system made up of an aluminum cooling plate and a copper base plate.
The anti-vibration design provides a maintenance-free heat dissipation solution for wind power and high-speed rail frequency conversion equipment, and it has passed the ISO 16750 mechanical shock test.
