Forging Mild Steel strictly follows the German DIN EN 10250 standard and adopts closed-loop temperature-controlled forging process. To ensure metallic purity, the sulfur and phosphorus impurity content is kept to ≤0.015% using vacuum degassing technology, and the material purity is as high as over 99%. Near-net forming is accomplished by carefully controlling the tolerance of single batch parts to ±0.1mm and stabilizing the mold temperature during the forging stage within the range of ±5°C.
Isothermal normalizing treatment is used throughout the entire process to ensure that the grain size reaches a stable ASTM 6-8 grade uniform fine-grained structure, significantly improving fatigue resistance. After forging, controlled cooling is performed at a rate of ≤2℃/s to completely eliminate internal stress. Final products are subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection and 100% three-dimensional verification to guarantee the delivery of critical load-bearing components, such as precision transmission parts and high-pressure valve bodies, without any defects.
